London: Duckworth, 1989. First Edition. Hardcover. Tall octavo. Scarlet cloth with gilt spine titles. xi + 588 pp. Black and white photographs. A near fine copy in like dust jacket.
Yet another Crowley biography from Symonds. This one is bigger than the rest, as was Crowley. Includes numerous extracts from Crowley’s diaries, as well as letters. The focus is on the Magick of Crowley with personal bits sprinkled throughout. Quite a good read.
