Scarlet Imprint

Scarlet Imprint was founded in 2007 with the talismanic publication of 156 copies of The Red Goddess. We have since grown to become one of the leading publishers of the contemporary occult world, producing standard hardbacks and highly sought after fine editions.

Our work supports practising magicians, the esoteric community and fine book arts. Erudition and scholarly standards are cojoined with the unique insight of practise and experience. Our work is infused with the red blood of passion.

All the materials we source are archival standard and FSC accredited. Our limited editions are printed and bound in the UK by a family-run firm. We take our environmental impact very seriously and produce books of endurng beauty.

Bibliotheque Rouge was founded in 2010 making affordable paperback and digital editions. Egalitarian, libertarian, fiercely individual, this is the propaganda wing of Scarlet Imprint for the transmission of information and knowledge. Books should stay in print for students of the esoteric arts, and not be manipulated by artificial scarcity.

We believe that students of the esoteric arts should be able to have access to the same quality of material, regardless of their income.

Bibliotheque Rouge paperbacks serve as working copies for those prone to destroying books with candle wax, rain, coffee stains, underlining and annotations. They are travelling companions on the path. Bibliotheque Rouge digital editions are in epub and mobi format for those who prefer raw data to hard copy.
